1. Tide doesn’t run properly on my device

To bring you better experience, we suggest following these steps to get to most of Tide:

• Ensure you have selected "Ignore battery optimization" If you see a pop-up of "Ignore battery optimization", please select "Go Setting" or "Ignore" to make Tide run properly in the background.

• Ensure you have selected "Auto-Restarting Apps" Go to system "Settings" → "Battery" → "Tide" to make sure Tide can auto-restart in the background. (Setting steps differ in devices.)

• Ensure you have excluded Tide from cleaning and optimization Apps Tide won't autostart if there is no ongoing section. If you have any cleaning or optimization apps on your divice, please exclude Tide from their clean-up lists.

• Ensure you have locked Tide in the multitasking interface Follow these steps to keep Tide running in the background: Go to multi-tasking interface on your device → lock Tide in this interface.

If you find difficult on finding above settings on your device, open Tide and go to Profile → Settings → Improve Stability. We have prepared detailed instructions for multiple devices. However, if you have already finished these optimization options and still encounter unexpected problems, please submit a feedback with detailed information.

The timer stops unexpectedly when using the FOCUS module

• Check if the "Immersive Mode" is on Go to the Focus Option in the top right of Focus page, check if the "Immersive Mode" is turned on. When Immersive Mode is on, switching to other apps will interrupt your ongoing focus. If you want to use other apps during focus period, please turn it off.

Tide crashes or stops unexpectedly when using the SLEEP module

• Check if you have finished the Improve Stability settings According to Android battery management, the system cleans background apps regularly. To run Tide properly on your device, you are supposed to finish the settings in the Improve Stability.

• Check if you are using other Apps which may consume a lot of memory Tide will possibly be closed if other high-memory-consumption apps are running simultaneously (games, video player, maps, phone, sleep monitor, etc.). We suggest switching off these apps while using SLEEP module.

Random force close, crash or lagging issues

• Update Tide to the latest version Thanks to the comments and suggestions from our community, on each update, problems are fixed and the overall performance is developed. Updating Tide regularly in Market will improve your experience.
