How to join the Tide Plus?

Tap "My" Tab → Tap "Tide Plus" on the top → Select a plan → Payment

What is auto renewal and non-auto renewal?

• If you select "Auto-Renewal" when choosing a pricing plan, after confirming the purchase, the subscription fee will be charged from your iTunes account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you turn it off 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• If you prefer non-auto renewal, you won't be charged when your Tide Plus expires.

How to subscribe/unsubscribe Tide Plus?

We support multiple payment methods, manage your subscription by following methods:

• For WeChat, Alipay, Huawei Pay subscribers: you can submit a feedback with detailed information.
• For Huawei Subscribers: you can go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments > find Tide > Cancel Subscription. See more details in https://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/content/en-us00729195/
