10. How is my data synchronized on different devices?
- Use the same account on different devices
- Check log in status, ensure you have successfully logged in on these devices
- Check the network connection, make sure you have connected to the Internet
- If you have followed all the procedures above and the data still hasn't been synchronized, please try following these steps: log out your account → go to Fast App Switcher → close Tide → wait 3 to 5 minutes → restart Tide and log in
