I am using an iOS device, how can I bind payment methods like Alipay, Credit / Debit Card or UnionPay?
Open App Store and go to the "App" page, find the "Quick Links" at the bottom of this page. Tap "Add a Payment Method" then you may fill in the required information according to the instructions and complete the binding.
I can't pay directly through PayPal Alipay or WeChat Pay, why?
According to Apple's policy, third-party payments (such as PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.) are not allowed when purchasing virtual goods or services on iOS devices. If you would like to use them, you may have to add them as payment methods first.
What is the difference between buyout membership and an auto-renewal membership?
If you select auto-renewal when purchasing, membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period to ensure that your membership won't expire. Also, the auto-renewal plan offers extra discount compare to the buyout membership plan.
How can I cancel the auto-renewal subscription?
iOS users: If you would like to cancel the subscription, please go to "Settings" on your device, go to "iTunes & App Store", tap your Apple ID and select "View Apple ID." Verify your Touch ID and go to "Subscription", select "Tide" and cancel the subscription. The cancellation should be completed 24 hours prior before the current subscription period ends. Otherwise, the subscription will still be extended and your account will be charged for the fee of next period.
Huawei users: If you would like to cancel the subscription, please go to "Settings" on your device, go to "Account Center" - "Payment and Purchases" - "Subscriptions/Password-free payments", select "Tide" and cancel subscription. Google Play users: If you would like to cancel the subscription, please open Google Play, go to "Settings" - "Manage Subscription", select Tide and cancel the subscription. Alipay users: If you want to cancel your continuous subscription, please open the Alipay App manually, click "Me", click "Settings" in the upper right corner, enter the settings page and click "Payment Settings", then click "One-step Payment/Auto Debit", select "Tide Plus Membership Auto Renewal Service", and click "Close Service". Cancellation of subscription should be done 24 hours before the Tides Plus membership service debit, otherwise this subscription will remain valid.
What if I accidentally purchase the membership twice?
Multiple purchases for the same account will be added together and the membership period will be extended as well. If you selected auto-renewal plan then purchase the lifetime membership, we recommend canceling the subscription in iTunes Settings to avoid repeated deductions. Please check the previous question if you don't know how to cancel the subscription.
How do I know if I have successfully joined the membership?
After finishing the payment, you can go to the profile page in Tide, tap "MEMBER" and check if the membership is activated at the top of this page.
My account has been charged but the membership hasn't been activated?
It may happen that the membership is not activated immediately after purchases due to the network latency. Please check again later or restart Tide and check again. If the membership is still not activated after 24 hours, please contact our customer service (hi@moreless.io).
