When you use a Huawei device and authorize Tide to access data from Huawei Health, we may, within the scope of your authorization, access your heart rate data, sleep data, blood oxygen data, stress data, emotional health data, daily activity data (including active calories, exercise duration, active hours, step count, distance, and elevation), as well as related historical health data.
For certain features, and only with your authorization, we may use the data synchronization capabilities provided by Huawei Health to trigger the synchronization of your personal health and exercise data to Huawei Health services, and then access the data you have authorized Tide to read. We will not access data beyond the scope of your authorization.

When you use us to sign in to a third-party application, that third party may receive your username and profile picture through us. If you do not wish to provide this functionality, you can turn it off in our relevant settings.
In circumstances involving national security or national interests, public interests, criminal investigations, protection of your or others’ life or property when timely authorization cannot be obtained in exceptional circumstances, information lawfully obtained from other public sources, or other situations provided for by law, we may collect your personal information without your consent or authorization.
In certain special circumstances, we may ask you to provide paper copies of supporting documentation. Within 30 days after receiving them, we will handle the documents appropriately and notify you in a timely manner.
When you actively use the sleep monitoring feature in the App and grant microphone permission, we may use your device microphone to collect sounds during sleep, including snoring, sleep talking, and other environmental sounds, and may generate audio recordings, sound event labels, and related analysis results as needed for the feature. We will not activate the microphone when sleep monitoring is not enabled. The audio is used to help you record and review sounds during sleep; identify and analyze snoring, sleep talking, and environmental sounds; and generate sleep reports, sound event classifications, and related analysis results to help you understand your sleep. Unless you voluntarily send the audio or provide your consent, we will not transmit the audio to us or any other third party, and all audio is stored only locally on your device. You may delete recordings at any time or disable microphone permission in your device settings. If you disable permission, sleep monitoring-related features will no longer be available, but other features will remain unaffected.
If you choose to apply for verification of your identity as a medical professional, we will collect your identification documents and email address to complete identity verification.
Health and Fitness Data To provide sleep analysis, health data displays, personalized health insights, meditation, relaxation, and related features, we may, with your explicit authorization, read the health and fitness data you authorize through health-data services available on your device or operating system, including but not limited to Apple Health and Huawei Health.
We only read data to the extent necessary to provide the relevant features. The types of data available may vary based on your device, operating system, the data types supported by the relevant health-data service, and the permissions you actually grant. When you use a Huawei device and authorize Tide to access Huawei Health data, we may, within the scope of your authorization, obtain heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, stress, mood, and daily activity data (including active calories, exercise duration, active hours, steps, distance, and elevation), data synchronization information, and historical health data from the preceding month from Huawei Health.
For certain features, after obtaining your authorization, we may invoke Huawei Health's data synchronization capability to synchronize relevant personal health and fitness data to Huawei Health services and then read your authorized data so that we can obtain up-to-date information. We will not thereby access data beyond the scope of your authorization.

We will not read the above health data without your authorization. You may grant access to all or some categories of data, and you may revoke that authorization at any time through your device's or the relevant health service's permission settings. Revoking authorization will not affect Tide features that do not require health data, although some features dependent on such data may cease to function.
If we need to obtain your personal information in circumstances other than those described above, we will obtain your express consent again and fully explain the applicable scenario and the content and scope of the information to be collected before doing so.

We may engage third-party services providers to work with us to administer and provide the Services.
